StessaVia | Dune Bianche Vini Dune Bianche in collaborazione con Altravia Same Way Dune Bianche ft Altravia White Rosè Red Stessa Via is a new line of wines born from a long-awaited and natural collaboration with my friend Paolo from Altravia Vini. It’s the culmination of a journey that began four years ago—made of shared work, effort, joy, tough decisions, and common passions. This is more than just wine: it’s the result of a human bond that has turned into something real—something to drink, to live, and to tell. It’s not meant to be a destination, but one of many new beginnings. A place to start again, with the same curiosity and even more desire to do things well, together. The Stessa Via wines include a white, a rosé, and a red. Simple, straightforward wines made to be shared. Easy to drink, especially among friends, with the pleasure of enjoying something good that tells an honest story. They don’t try to impress, but to feel right where they belong—on the table, in the glass, in good company. A line created for those who love to drink well without complications, on any occasion. • About | Dune Bianche Vini

ABOUT My story Every wine carries within it a personal geography . Mine moves between Basilicata , where I was born and raised, and Umbria , where I now live and work. I am trained as an oenologist , and my path in wine began early, shaped by family tradition and a direct connection to the land. After my studies, experiences in Tuscany, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia allowed me to build solid technical knowledge and develop an informed perspective on the contemporary wine world, while also helping me understand which direction truly felt my own. In 2019, I chose to follow an independent path , returning to a more agricultural and essential idea of wine—one rooted in the places where the grapes originate and in a cellar approach that guides without forcing. From this choice emerge projects that move across different territories while sharing the same sensibility, shaped over time through experience. Today, this journey takes form through Dune Bianche in Basilicata and Due Dune in Umbria: distinct realities brought together by a personal story and an ongoing search for authenticity . White Dunes Dune Bianche was founded between 2019 and 2020 in Basilicata , in Sant’Arcangelo, at the heart of my homeland. Mine is an austere land, marked by essential and silent landscapes , from which many have left in search of a future elsewhere. Distance, over time, allowed me to fully understand its value and strong identity, until I felt the need to return and begin a personal project . The village is surrounded by the clay expanses of the calanchi valley : the “white dunes” from which the project takes its name. This landscape clearly reflects the character of the wines born here and represents the starting point of my entire journey. In a territory where wine has always existed yet often remained within the domestic dimension of small family cellars, Dune Bianche was created with the intention of restoring central importance to agricultural biodiversity, historically rooted native varieties, and an artisanal viticulture far removed from industrial logic. Production is around 1,500 bottles , a number that can vary significantly from year to year. Work in both vineyard and cellar follows essential principles : fermentations are spontaneous, no filtration or fining is carried out, and no chemical additives are used. Skin macerations and aging in exhausted wood of various sizes accompany the wine without forcing it, while in the vineyard only copper, sulfur and zeolite are applied in the minimum necessary amounts, with organic fertilization based on manure. wines Due Dune The vineyards lie on the hills of the Valle Umbra , within the municipalities of Cannara and Bettona , covering around two hectares currently in production, with an additional half hectare planted in 2024. Total production is approximately 10,000 bottles , varying depending on the vintage. Due Dune was born and has grown through shared relationships and collaborative paths , including the partnership with Marisa Mastrosimone, which brings together different skills and experiences within a common vision of wine, as well as the encounter with Altravia by Paolo Roberto Manso, from which the project Stessa Via emerged. The latter continues the same line of research through an ongoing dialogue between different territories and productive perspectives . Here too, the aim remains unchanged: to unite place, experience and agricultural sensitivity through essential, low-intervention winemaking . Fermentations are spontaneous, no filtration or fining is carried out, and no chemical additives are used. In the vineyard, the use of copper, sulfur and zeolite is kept to the strict minimum. Macerations may vary in length according to the character of the grapes, while aging takes place in exhausted wood of different sizes, always in respect of the wine’s balance. The range includes both native and international varieties traditionally present in the Valle Umbra, interpreted in a style consistent with the identity of the overall project. wines

  • Jackson | Dune Bianche Vini

Jackson vino naturale collaborazione Dune Bianche Vini e Colbacco JACKSON Dune Bianche ft Colbacco - Malvasia + Sangiovese + Syrah Harvest 2022 Jackson is an artistic wine made in collaboration with the friends of Colbacco. It’s an homage to Jackson Pollock. The wine is like a canvas made with a blend of Syrah (Colbacco vineyards), Malvasia Bianca from Basilicata and Sangiovese (Dune Bianche vineyards). Syrah has 2 days of maceration and is aged in steel for approximately 10 months. The Malvasia has approximately 4 months of maceration in steel while the Sangiovese has a maceration of 15 days and refinement in exhausted oak barrels. The aim was to stain the opulent part of the syrah by trying to give a more contemporary tone to the wine. The labels are made with the dripping technique to recall the technique of the american painter, giving life to a single canvas of 1480 bottles.
